So how do we get there?
Well, like all good relationships we get started by getting to know each other.
We have a one-on-one together, using our knowledge (we didn’t go to uni for 4+ years just for the cheap movie tickets) and experience to connect you with the perfect movement, exercises and activities for your needs.
In this environment we can avoid the big sweaty gyms with strange contraptions that seem to bend us into all sorts of compromising positions.
It’s just us, achieving our goals together.
So when you’re ready to get started, we’re here for you.
We’re open early to late and have class and personal session times throughout the day.
There’s no ongoing commitment to us, it’s simply pay for what you use. With one-one-one sessions only $80 and our small group classes $25. Oh, and because we’re health professionals if you’re covered with extras on your health insurance the out of pocket will be even less.
