Exercise Right Week 2021 runs 🏃♀️, walks 🚶♂️, rides 🚴♀️ and lifts 🏋️♂️ it’s way from May 24 to May 30.
Kicking off in 2014, Exercise Right Week has become a great rallying cry & reminder to us all. We’re passionate about the role that exercise plays in our lives at PridePlus Health. Exercise is part of our own journey, and an integral part to our clinical practice.
Our podiatrists are passionate promoters of exercise in keeping you and your feet going.
Physiotherapists at Pride are using exercise and movement in the treatment of hundreds or sore bodies and overcoming injuries.
But it wouldn’t be Exercise Right Week without hearing from the exercise experts themselves, the EP (Exercise Physiologists). It is their week after all!
Why I Exercise
Our EPs have asked a whole bunch of people, including some introspection ourselves the big question. Why do you exercise?
How about those themes? We exercise to feel better! Feel good. Feel more energetic.
Those feelings are absolutely crucial for us in our busy lives, particularly after the year and a bit we’ve all just gone through. The opposite of those feelings, the sad, flat and lethargy that we’re all susceptible to can really knock us about.
Which is why something like Exercise Right Week 2021 is so important.
Now, more than every we all want to feel better. We want more energy!
Well, the answer is simple. It’s one word. It’s exercise!
