Book in with your physiotherapists Mouhamed or Naveena online (above) and choose your initial assessment time. When you attend inform your physio of your offer code PRIDE and you’re set. Your first session will be charged at $90 and you can still claim your private health insurance rebate so your out of pocket cost will be even less.
Your 2nd session must be completed within 30 days of your first session and there is no charge for this session as long as it fits within the Terms of the offer (see below).
You must have your initial physio session by August 31st, 2022
The Terms
This offer is available to all new clients to PridePlus Health (physiotherapy).
Offer available one time per person.
To redeem this offer you must book online through our website and inform your physiotherapist of the offer code PRIDE during your session. Sessions booked over the phone or in person are not eligible for this 2 for 1 offer.
Full payment is required following your first session.
Your second session must be completed within 30 days of your first session.
You’re able to claim rebates from your health fund or medicare (if covered) on your first session and still be eligible for your 2nd session at no cost to you.
The cost of your first physiotherapy session is $90. Your out of pocket expenses will be lower if covered by your private health insurance.

If you’ve not experienced PridePlus Health physiotherapy before then you’re in for a treat.
Our purpose is to help you feel better. We do this with our expert assessment informing your treatment plan which may include hands on therapy and exercise prescription which we utilise our gym within our Pascoe Vale clinic. If you’re just looking for a massage you’re going to be disappointed.
To help you feel better we’ll work together, with you on what you need. We’ll touch, feel, assure and mobilise with our hands – so wear appropriate clothing. We’ll also be working on not just overcoming your pain right here and now, but preventing it from coming back. This usually means movement and exercise. Again, be ready to move with comfortable clothes and footwear.

I saw Zainab Alnajar on Dec 27, and it was a tremendous relief to secure a Podiatry appointment on such short notice (book on the 26th for a 9AM slot the next day) for my given mishaps during the vacation, especially when no other providers were accepting new patients early right after Christmas. Zainab was incredibly friendly and thorough, and has conducted an extensive session. She offered valuable advice on footwear, healing practices, checkups that I should do and exercise routines, and provided equipment at an exceptionally reasonable price.
