Mike holds a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education) and a Graduate Diploma in Sport & Recreation Management. With over 17 years of clinical experience in exercise physiology, he specialises in delivering evidence-based, person-centred exercise services that enhance your health, rehabilitates injury and improves performance.
Aidan loves helping people get and stay strong, flexible and healthy. He does this through promoting healthy lifestyle habits, behaviour change and making exercise fun and enjoyable. Aidan completed his Masters of Exercise Physiology from La Trobe University in Bendigo, VIC. Prior to that he completed an exercise science degree, alongside internships that developed his experience in health and wellbeing, strength and conditioning and sports science for athletes, general population and chronic disease populations.
