Our Attendance Agreement With You

Here at PridePlus Health, we are podiatrists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists whose purpose is to help you feel better.

Your appointment time is important to us. While we understand that unexpected events may pop up and require schedule adjustments, we appreciate that you contact us about your need to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

Due to our in person session times being finite, a last minute cancellation will leave us unable to fill the session and we miss an opportunity to help you or someone else in our community achieve their health goals.

Please be sure to make arrangements with us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the following non-attendance fee being charged:

• Individual session $35
• Group session $15

Illness / COVID

If you develop an illness and are unwell less than 24 hours before your scheduled session please still contact us and reschedule your session. We respect your health and need to recover as well as looking out for others within our clinic.

In this situation the non-attendance fee will be waived.
