“Working at PridePlus Health is a fantastic experience. We have a great relationship with the GP’s in Pascoe Vale and other staff who are very experienced and receptive to our skills. To share my lunch with so many different yet supportive professions is such a valuable luxury. It helps build meaningful relationships and share different perspectives on healthcare and life.
Having worked in 3 different countries I can honestly say the leadership of Tim and Ben is excellent and they have provided me a career pathway taking into account my strengths. I’m supported with flexibility with my time and they ensure I have access to quality equipment and resources that I need to practice effectively. Our team attends conferences and PD on a regular basis and does not hesitate to share clinical knowledge and experience with all, I’ve learned so much from our Podiatrists and EP’s!” Naveena Seethapathy
“After starting at PridePlus health at the start of the year as a new graduate I couldn’t have asked for a more fostering and engaging workplace to start my career! I have found a perfect mix of support and mentoring coupled with autonomy and flexibility, to allow me to find my own direction as a practitioner as well as have ownership over the hours and diversity of my practice.” Gus McSweyn
“Entering the workforce as a new graduate is always going to be a daunting experience, but I could not have ever imagined finding such an incredibly supportive work environment, as I have been welcomed to at PridePlus. From my very first day at PridePlus Health, I have been treated as an equal with all my opinions and views respected.
The wealth of knowledge throughout the whole organisation is something that I feel exceedingly fortunate to not only have access to, but to be a part of. Regular mentoring and case reviews have extended my own knowledge far beyond what I could have ever imagined in my first year.
I feel very fortunate to be part of such a dynamic team and I would highly encourage anyone looking to extend their career to apply for this role.” Jasmine Jones
