I went here as having moved to Melbourne from New Zealand I needed to find a new podiatrist and was also having some new problems when walking, but weirdly mainly only with certain types of shoes. Pride did a thorough assessment and were able to work out what the issue was, as well as explain why the issue was worse when I wore certain types of shoes, prescribe me some exercises, and provide new orthotics. It was a particular relief to be validated and get a proper diagnosis, as I had previously gone to another podiatrist in Melbourne and they not only weren't able to help me but also disagreed with my original podiatrist back in New Zealand. All in all I thoroughly recommend Pride Podiatry!
I had a crush fracture on my big toe a year ago, and lost my toenail. In the process of it growing back there's been many challenges - the nail getting stuck due to callused skin, multiple ingrown toenails and an infection. Tim has been really helpful, patient and reassuring. He fixed every issue and explained what was going on. I nearly have my toe back! Just a little more growing to do 🙂 Thanks Tim 🙏
I booked in to see Tim after reading all his positive google reviews.I'm so glad I did! Tim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and clearly motivated to provide help in the most affordable and accessible way possible.Thank you Tim!
Today, I had my appointment with Dr. Tim. After a couple of weeks of pain, he was able to help me and fix my issue. Highly recommend—he's professional, empathetic, and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks again for your time!
A wonderful and comfortable experience. Tim was super helpful and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. As well as providing an immediate fix, he provided a long term plan as well. Highly highly recommend
Called up Friday and explained my toe nail issue. I was booked in for an appointment first thing on the Monday. I just seen Tim and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. The girls on reception also took great care of me. 30mins later and I was sorted!
Had a 10/10 service with Tim and couldn’t recommend him enough! He sorted my problem there and then in such a professional and supportive manner. He even sent me away with an instruction pack for aftercare as well as sent me video recapping aftercare etc which was super super helpful and contributed the overall supportive feel of treatment with him. Thank you again😊😊
I visited Pride Podiatry at Collins St (Melbourne CBD) on 19 September 2024 to get my feet checked. I had pain from walking and had an annoying corn on one of my toes for months.Tim was amazing. I was feeling a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect as it was my first time visiting a podiatrist. We had a chat about my concerns, while Tim checked my feet and shoes. I had 3 pairs of shoes with me and he was so nice to check them all. Then we proceeded to check my gait and found the issue. Tim then got me to do some exercises and gave me a plan to work with at home.He also sent a reminder email at the end of the session about the treatment plan plus a lovely personal video summarising what we talked about during the session. There is no need to make a mental note of everything discussed. How good is that?If you are unsure like me before this, bite the bullet and make an appointment with Pride Podiatry. Don't wait months before visiting a podiatrist. I wished I had visited sooner. The reception staffs at Pride Podiatry are also friendly and lovely.
Saw Tim for the first time today, his friendly demeanour puts you at ease, and his expertise had me fixed up and on my way in no time. Highly recommend!
I have been experiencing ongoing pain in my right heel over the last year which has been causing me trouble regularly. I booked an appointment with Tim at Pride podiatry and had a fantastic experience. From start to finish, Tim was friendly, knowledgable and professional. Following our session, Tim promptly followed up with an email summarising the potential reason for my pain, complete with an overview of advice and exercises tailored to help improve my pain. Highly recommend, especially fellow athletes – thanks Tim!
I saw Tim Mulholland for an ankle sprain and smattering of waxing and waning tendon/muscle issues in my feet. I’m visiting Melbourne from the US and he got me in right away, did a thorough assessment, and helped me understand my problems and how we can solve them. I felt immediately better and hopeful. Tim was sincere and demonstrated clear expertise in his field. His communication was outstanding and he summarized our visit with an email and video message. This is truly the standard of how medicine should be practiced!
I had a great experience with Tim, he quickly diagnosed my ailment and recommended simple solutions to recover soon. Highly recommend. Thanks Tim!

Heel Pain Reset FAQ

Who is this course for?

If you wake up limping to the bathroom, feel like you’re walking on glass, or your heel flares up during long days on your feet — Heel Pain Reset is for you.
Whether you’re a runner, a retail worker, a weekend warrior, or someone who just wants to get through the day without heel pain constantly barking at you, this course will help you take control.ain, this course will help you move in the right direction.

Why is treating my heel pain so important?

Because heel pain doesn’t just “go away with time.”
Most people try to rest it, stretch it, or throw money at new shoes — and it still lingers.
The truth? Heel pain (especially plantar fasciitis) is usually a load problem, not an inflammation problem.
If you don’t treat it with the right type of strength work and support, it can drag on for months — or even come back again and again.

Who are you? Why should I listen to you?

I’m Tim Mulholland — a podiatrist, educator, and clinical founder of Pride Podiatry. I’ve helped thousands of people overcome heel pain with simple, effective plans grounded in evidence, not fads.
I teach podiatry students at La Trobe University and run a clinic in Melbourne. But more than that — I get how frustrating heel pain is. I see it every day.
And I built Heel Pain Reset to give you the clarity and confidence you won’t get from a Google rabbit hole.

What will I learn in this course?

✅ Why your heel hurts (spoiler: it’s not just because you’re getting older)
✅ The #1 exercise I use in clinic to reduce heel pain and build resilience
✅ Why barefoot mornings might be secretly sabotaging your recovery
✅ The 3 biggest mistakes people make when treating their heel pain
✅ A simple plan to get better — not just feel better for a day

Why is this free? Surely this should cost me at least a podiatrist consultation fee?

Fair question. It could cost — and honestly, many clinics would charge for less.
But here’s my goal: I want people to stop suffering through outdated advice and cookie-cutter solutions.
If you get better using Heel Pain Reset, fantastic.
And if you need more help after that — you’ll already know who to call..

What’s missing from this course?

Heel Pain Reset gives you a clear, actionable plan — the kind I’d give my clients in their first appointment.
But it’s not a diagnosis. If your pain is severe, sharp, or hasn’t improved with early rehab, you should book in with a podiatrist (hey, I know a guy).
This is the reset your heel needs — but if you need more? I’ve got your back.

What euipment will I need?

Nothing fancy.
Here’s your heel pain starter kit:
– A small towel (rolled up — it’s part of the magic)
– A pair of structured shoes (yes, even for inside the house)
– About 2–3 minutes a day
– A sprinkle of consistency
That’s it. No bands, balls, or gadgets.
Just you, your fascia, and a better plan.
