Group Exercise Class Bookings

How To Book In:

STEP 1.

You must have a personal exercise plan to join the group exercise classes. You can get yours by having a one-on-one session with one of the EPs or Physios.
During your individual session we'll work with you on a thorough assessment and set some goals. When you're ready then you can book into a class that suits you best.

If you have your personal exercise plan after your initial session then you can book in below.
